1. Product Exchange

To seek and ensure the quality of products and services, we will again be reviewed before the goods sold, to ensure product quality, the only long-distance journey or will lead to product delivery occurs on individual circumstance, so as to provide the best assurance to consumers, customers in the shopping / seven days with original receipt, and the product is found to have any problems when you need to exchange, you can call us or email for assistance.


2. Product Exchange Condition

When you exchange of goods, the goods must be remained intact packaging. All goods sold in the shop, the customer must come to our office to proceed goods exchange (except for overseas customers). The reason is the exchange of the company's overseas customers arising from shipping cost which is fully responsible for the company, as for any other reason, overseas customers are required to pay shipping on the exchange goods. All local postal and courier / sale of goods on the site are accountable original receipt to visit our office for the exchange.

The following will not be accepted for a replacement processing arrangements:
1) Has more than Seven days of product purchase.
2) The product has been opened (except product deterioration) or has been used.
3) Customers purchase products for allergic reactions (not suitable for the customer to use the product). If customers purchase products produced for sensitive and may be unsuitable for the customer to use the product and cause.

We guarantee that all products are in good conditions. If guests suspect products may defect or deteriorate. Please report your case to FIRST CHAMPION when you received the goods within SEVEN days. We shall require CUSTOMER to provide pictures and visit our Service Center with the products to check and verify. Such as the identification of product deterioration, be willing to accept exchange or refund service.
1) Products are not intact packaging, has been damaged, destroyed or incomplete.
2) Do not accept returns of any display product discounts or special products.
3) Any free gifts, accessories and gifts trial installation.
4) All refunds should less shipping and handling charges.
